We are a general contractor in Bali for luxury villas and high-end homes. Our services cover construction, project management and supervision, and material procurement.
Where do you work?
We serve Bali. Our project experience table records 10 completed projects and 5 projects in progress across Denpasar, Badung, Gianyar and Tabanan.
What are the stages from the first discussion to handover?
1. Consultation & Site Survey: We learn about your needs, site and budget. 2. Planning & Proposal: Working drawings, a cost estimate and the construction schedule are prepared for joint approval. 3. Construction & Supervision: Work proceeds in stages, with quality checks and regular progress reports. 4. Final Inspection: A thorough inspection and completion of outstanding items before handover. 5. Handover & Support: Project handover with documentation and follow-up support as agreed.
What is prepared before construction starts?
Working drawings, a cost estimate and a construction schedule are prepared and agreed together before work starts.
How can I follow project progress?
Work is documented and reported regularly. We use three in-house digital tools: Realtime Report and logistics records, 360° View for weekly progress photos on the web, and Ptracer for equipment tracking.
Who oversees quality and costs?
The Project Manager and Quality Control (QC) oversee workmanship under our standard operating procedures. The Quantity Surveyor (QS) measures quantities and costs to keep the project within budget.
